Job summary

T-Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Program Manager to lead port engineering for Norfolk-area operations. You’ll mentor PE/CSPE personnel, ensure maintenance policies are followed, and align work with contract requirements and customer priorities.

Applicants should hold a management or technical bachelor's degree, Navy Port Engineer background, and PMP or equivalent certification within nine months. Travel quarterly and readiness focus are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Engineering/Technical field.
• Level III PE/CSPE Certification or obtainable within one year.
• Proficient in VSB, NMD, eDFS, and Microsoft Office.
• No less than 2 years as a U.S. Navy Port Engineer.
• PMI PMP certification or obtainable within 9 months of employment.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager and Deputy PM in day-to-day execution of the Port Engineer Program.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to assigned personnel.
• Monitor CSMP maintenance, planning, execution, and closeout activities.
• Oversee compliance with CSMP, PB4M, CASREP, DFS and other maintenance requirements.
• Ensure timely reports, metrics, briefs, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams, Ship's Force, and Government stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Conduct shipboard visits, on-site engagements, inspections, and planning activities.
• Support staffing, training, certifications, and personnel readiness requirements.
