Job summary

MPR Associates in Alexandria, Virginia seeks a Lead Navy Engineering Consultant to lead multi-discipline projects for Navy clients and mentor engineers at the Alexandria office. The ideal candidate has 8–15+ years of Navy-related engineering, active duty or civilian, with strong leadership, client engagement, and program management capabilities.

Required: U.S. citizenship, ABET-accredited engineering degree; PE is a plus; Navy experience is essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering ABET-accredited required.
• PE license is a plus.
• Navy experience and related training valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client interface and trusted advisor for Navy projects.
• Develop strategic relationships with Navy program offices and shipyards.
• Identify opportunities and lead Navy proposals to expand work.
• Lead multi-discipline engineering projects for Navy systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and support recruitment.
