Job summary

Corewell Health Southfield Center is seeking a part-time support specialist to assist the Population Health Activation team. You will perform support tasks, document actions, and help improve processes as directed by the department.

The role offers daytime hours, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with an average of 20 hours per week. On-site work in Southfield, MI is required, with benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; may be pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Complete support tasks as directed and document actions.
• Maintain clear documentation of actions taken.
• Analyze department processes and related Corewell Health systems; suggest improvements.
• Communicate and collaborate to ensure continuity and coordination of services.

• Maintains clear and appropriate documentation of actions taken.
• May analyses department processes and other Corewell Health systems encountered and makes recommendations improvements, as appropriate. Participates in quality monitoring activities/process improvement activities.
• Communicates, collaborates, and acts as a team player with others in order to ensure continuity and coordination of services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Currently enrolled in high school or have graduated from high school, or are enrolled in a university pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in the area of accountability. May also be a recent graduate from an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program.
