Job summary

Corewell Health Southfield Center is seeking a part-time team member to perform support tasks and maintain clear documentation. You will collaborate with the Population Health Activation team to ensure coordinated services and participate in quality monitoring and process improvements.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to documentation standards, and contributing to department efficiency. Primary hours are daytime, with a 20-hour workweek and on-site responsibilities at the Southfield site.

Qualifications

• Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in HS or pursuing Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or recent graduate.

• High School Diploma or equivalent Currently enrolled in high school or have graduated from high school, or are enrolled in a university pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in the area of accountability. May also be a recent graduate from an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program.
