- Contract to Hire: FTE expected at 3 months mark

• Salary at FTE: approximate 155k + 18% bonus potential
• Location: Candidates must be local to Phoenix area (Maricopa county) as there will be frequent visits to local clinics in initial 6 months.

Top required skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Population Health / Value Based Care environments to include clinic workflows and IT applications/platforms.
• Management of a team of direct reports (5+ people)
• Experience with implementations, adoption and support of IT applications or platforms into clinical settings.
• Seeing a hands‑on energetic leader with the right experience and communication skills.
• Local to the greater Phoenix, AZ area, willing to do site‑visit at clinics, desire to become a full‑time employee after the initial contract period.
• Role objective: Identify a hands‑on technology leader who can successfully implement and optimize multiple population health platforms across employed and affiliated provider practices, with the potential to convert to a full‑time employee.
• Required experience: 7+ years in healthcare IT, population health, application implementation, product management, or related technology leadership.
• Implementation leadership: Proven responsibility for complex, enterprise‑scale healthcare technology deployments from planning and workflow design through go‑live, adoption, and ongoing support.
• Provider environment: Demonstrated success partnering with employed and affiliated provider offices, clinical teams, operations, compliance, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Operational processes: Strong experience documenting communications, onboarding and offboarding, access and user management, audit readiness, training, escalation, and knowledge‑management processes.
• ITSM capability: Working knowledge of incident, request, problem, change, service‑level, and continuous‑improvement practices; ITIL experience is strongly preferred.
• Adoption and change: Ability to create innovative, measurable strategies that improve user readiness, training effectiveness, provider engagement, sustained utilization, and workflow outcomes.
• People leadership: Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team of approximately 7–8 professionals while establishing priorities, accountability, cross‑training, and knowledge transfer.
• Leadership style: Proactive, collaborative, accountable, customer‑focused, data‑driven, adaptable, and comfortable influencing across teams without direct authority.
• Communication: Strong executive presence with clear written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills; able to translate technical and clinical topics for varied audiences.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, healthcare administration, business, clinical informatics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Preferred credentials: ITIL, PMP, Agile, product management, or change‑management certification.
• Screening priority: Candidates must be able to provide specific examples of successful implementations, adoption results, operational improvements, audit readiness, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
