Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts that design, build, implement, support, and test multiple Epic applications (EPIC Clinical Applications).
• Provide guidance and act as a resource for other analysts, project managers, and consultants.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
• Lead and manage multiple projects within cross-functional and multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Provide application team oversight and management to deliver IT services.
• Assess user needs to provide support and proactive service, including analysis of opportunities to utilize available tools.
• Serve as the focal point for communicating system problems within the department and collaborate with other teams/vendors on changes, fixes, and updates.
• Manage the release process for applications, including department-wide and end-user communication.
• Negotiate resolution of conflicting requirements across agencies and/or departments.
• Set and measure performance objectives and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Hire and evaluate direct reports, and provide ongoing coaching and staff development; address individual staff performance problems as needed.
• Manage delivery and SLAs by guiding incident resolution, problem management, maintenance, and enhancement tickets for assigned applications.
• Develop relevant metrics, measure performance of services, and enable continuous improvement activities in collaboration with peer groups.

Qualifications

• Must Haves: 3+ years of Population Health experience (Quality) - HEIDS, Value-based contracting.
• 2+ years of Management experience (team of at least 5).
• Experience leading out projects, implementations, initiatives.
• Plus: Master Degree.
• EPIC Cert: Healthy Planet, Clin Doc, Ambulatory, Cognito.
• Clinical Licensure.
