Corewell Health in Royal Oak is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to greet patients, manage check-ins, and support scheduling and registration. You will access the EMR/HER, verify patient information, and handle billing and phone inquiries with professionalism. A high school diploma and strong communication are required; EPIC experience preferred.
This is a full-time daytime position at Royal Oak Hospital. Team-based environment with emphasis on patient-centered care and HIPAA compliance.

Entry level Receptionist Position which is a great way to get into a clinical environment.
Medical Receptionist and/or EPIC exp preferred.
Under the direction of the site designate leader, perform functions relating to business and office maintenance activities including but not limited to, patient appointments, registration, billing functions, cash collection, and phone communication. Follows the guidelines according to established policies and procedures. Must demonstrate and provide good customers skills. Follows Corewell philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times.
