Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• One year of medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Care and Chronic Conditions Outreach based on patient registries and reports
• Scheduling services at the practice and assisting with services provided external to the practice via Centralized Scheduling
• Assists in closing the loop on incomplete orders
