MercyOne, a Trinity Health system, seeks a Chief Strategy Officer to lead strategic planning, population health, and growth across the MercyOne network. The role reports to executive leadership and drives alignment with Trinity Health's mission and strategic plan.

The CSO will oversee staff, coordinate with M&A and Partnership Development, and advance value-based care initiatives while ensuring high-quality patient care across multiple markets. Travel to system sites is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field is required.
• A Master’s degree is strongly preferred for executive leadership roles.
• Experience in corporate development, strategy, or financial planning within healthcare.

• Lead strategic planning and population health initiatives across MercyOne and Trinity Health networks.
• Partner with CEO and leadership to implement integrated delivery systems and growth strategies.
• Oversee major programs, ventures, and market development in alignment with mission and values.
• Collaborate with M&A and Partnership Development teams on transactions and growth opportunities.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care while advancing value-based care initiatives.
• Travel as needed to Trinity Health sites and participate in board reporting.
