Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of employee benefits consulting experience or relevant health-care field experience.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Life and Health license in good standing, required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of health and well-being trends and vendor solutions to inform recommendations.
• Develop and update project management logs and track milestones.
• Conduct data analysis and present insights to the team.
• Perform benchmarking analysis of population health tactics.
• Handle vendor management tasks, including vendor calls and RFPs.
• Accurately take notes and document discussions for client-facing work.
• Create PowerPoint presentations that communicate insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
