Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or GED required; completion of a Medical Assistant program or LPN license.
• Two years of Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Current PA LPN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC or Medical Assistant certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with population health outreach and patient registry reviews.
• Support chart/data reviews prior to visits and identify items to address during visits.
• Assist provider with rooming and activating standing orders.
• Document clinical encounters under provider supervision and help with order entry.
• Coach patients using motivational interviewing to support self-management.
• Perform in-house testing and ensure sterile/inventory standards are met.
