Position Summary

The Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality and availability, efficiency, excellent customer service, effective staff management, and problem solving. Shift awareness and a positive attitude are essential. Our Shift Managers lead by example to make guests feel welcome and appreciated.

Responsibilities

1. Provides fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operates a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.
3. Prepares and packages customer orders to their satisfaction.
4. Cleans and prepares cooking and prep areas.
5. Demonstrates a complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
6. Ensures food quality and quantity.

Requirements

• Minimum age is 18.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
• Basic math and written/verbal skills.
• Enthusiasm and team spirit.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
