Position Summary

The Shift Manager ensures product quality and availability, promotes efficiency, provides excellent customer service, manages staff effectively, and solves problems promptly. Leadership by example and creating a welcoming environment for guests are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

1. Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operate the POS system, taking orders and processing payments.
3. Prepare and package customer orders to satisfaction.
4. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of cooking and prep areas.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
6. Ensure food quality and proper portioning.

Minimum Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Physical dexterity to move up to 20 lbs.
4. Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
5. Basic math, written, and verbal skills.
6. Enthusiasm, teamwork, and a commitment to customer service.
