Position Summary

The Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality and availability, efficiency, and excellent customer service, along with effective staff management and problem solving. Shift awareness and a positive attitude are essential. Our Shift Managers lead by example and make guests feel welcome and appreciated.

Responsibilities

1. Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests.
2. Operate a POS system by taking orders and collecting payments.
3. Prepare and package customer orders to satisfaction.
4. Clean and prepare cooking and prep areas.
5. Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
6. Ensure food quality and quantity.

Requirements

• Minimum age is 18
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical dexterity to move up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system
• Basic math and written/verbal skills
• Enthusiasm and team spirit
• Commitment to excellent customer service
