Job summary

Popeyes Green Bay East is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume Popeyes kitchen and front-of-house team. You’ll recruit, train, and develop staff, drive operational standards, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

This role requires at least 3 years of fast-food management, strong leadership and cost-control skills, and a track record of scheduling, profitability, and customer service excellence in a quick-service setting.

• Minimum 3 years of fast-food management experience.
• Proven success managing drive-thru operations, high-volume shifts, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Fast-Food Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop all restaurant staff, ensuring a highly motivated and efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee front- and back-of-house operations including food preparation, quality, cleanliness, and speed of service to meet fast-food brand standards.
• Scheduling & Staffing: Create and manage efficient schedules that align with business needs and peak hours.
• Financial Management: Monitor sales, expenses, budgets, and labor costs, applying fast-food profitability strategies.
• Guest Safety & Compliance: Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health standards in compliance with quick-service restaurant regulations.
• Customer Service: Handle guest issues promptly, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
• Marketing & Growth: Promote the restaurant in the community and identify strategies to increase sales and brand presence.
• Administrative Duties: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including sales, inventory, and labor tracking.
