AAFES, operating Popeye’s at the Exchange, seeks a Food Service Worker to greet customers, process orders, and provide friendly service within a fast-paced environment.

You will help customers select items, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience while adhering to store standards. This role supports team members and may cross-train across duties.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: read and interpret instructions for simple calculations used in food prep and cash register operation.
• Fast food experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and smile.
• Acknowledge every waiting customer at the register and let them know you’ll be with them.
• Listen to customer needs; ask follow-up questions to meet their needs.
