Job summary

Popeyes, located at 1711 East Grand Avenue, Marshall, TX 75670, is hiring Team Members to serve guests with Popeyes® Cajun Hospitality. You will work in a fast-paced, friendly environment, preparing and delivering hot, fresh meals with a smile.

Positions include cashier, crew member, cook, and backline prep, with opportunities for advancement. The role requires a minimum 6 months in QSR, a high school diploma or GED preferred, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

A qualified candidate will serve our guests Hot and Fresh Food in a Clean and Safe environment in a Friendly and Fast manner.
