Job summary

Workstream is seeking motivated Team Members at Popeyes in Athens, Texas. Join a team dedicated to providing excellent guest service while enjoying competitive compensation and benefits. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry and a high school diploma or GED. Responsibilities include serving hot food with hospitality and assisting in various roles like Cashier and Cook. Opportunities for advancement and paid training are available.

A qualified candidate will serve our guests Hot and Fresh Food in a Clean and Safe environment in a Friendly and Fast manner. The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes®' famous Cajun Hospitality. Our Team Member roles include Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, and Backline Prep.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, currently preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
