Job summary

lululemon Athletica in the United States is seeking an Educator who delivers world-class guest experiences in our stores. You will engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and authentically represent our community and culture.

You will collaborate with teammates to present products, support store operations, and uphold safety standards. This role requires a flexible schedule and a commitment to inclusion, integrity, and helping guests move and grow.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with Right to Work documentation (EMEA note).
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely guest transactions and executing market-relevant omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to guest or store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right” for guests.
