Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and timely transactions.
• Provide product education by articulating value and benefits to guests.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store) according to standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to take action.
