BoxLunch & Hot Topic is seeking a Sales Associate who loves pop culture to help create an amazing in-store experience. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment.

• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Avenger-like collaboration and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle store duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience with product knowledge and customer service.
• Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards.
• Process sales transactions at the register and promote add-ons like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising setup.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Support stock room organization and store cleanliness.
