Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in a retail environment.

• Avenger-like collaboration and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Cover sales floor zones and maintain visual standards.
• Operate the register and drive add-on sales with benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, store maps, and merchandising mix.
• Share fashion trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Prevent theft and maintain stockroom organization.
• Support team spirit and perform other tasks as assigned by the Store Leader.
