Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest and building authentic customer relationships.
• Be a brand ambassador by sharing POP MART's story, artist collaborations, collectibles, and promotions.
• Educate customers on our collectible culture and new product launches.
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs and providing personalized recommendations.
• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and keeping a welcoming environment.
• Support Robo Shop replenishment and inventory processes as needed.
