Job summary

CCMC is seeking Pool Monitors to join our community management team. You’ll help enforce pool rules, assist residents, sign waivers, and provide information about the community in a friendly, service-driven role.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, a positive attitude, strong communication, and flexibility to work after-hours and weekends. CPR certification is preferred, and you will undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring safe operation of the pool facilities.
