Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a pool attendant to supervise the pool area, make safety announcements, and maintain equipment inventory for guest use at our Palm Beach, Florida community.

You will assist with poolside activity setups, report incidents to management, and provide friendly service to residents and guests. This role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality coursework is desirable.
• Two or more years in hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingualism desirable.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area (adult/children) and makes safety announcements.
• Assist with set up and breakdown for poolside activities as needed.
• Submit and report incidents to the appropriate manager.
• Must be service oriented.
• Picks up debris and maintains basic cleaning.
• Check sports equipment and report damaged items.
• Work as part of a team and be approachable to residents/guests.
• Follow safety and environmental policies; maintain a safe work environment.
