Job summary

Delano in Miami Beach is seeking a Server Assistant to support Head Servers and Servers in a lively dining setting. You will help keep the dining area clean, stocked, and running smoothly to ensure guests are cared for throughout service.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, running food and beverages to tables, refilling beverages, and maintaining clean service stations. A friendly, guest-focused attitude and teamwork are essential.

• Alert the server or supervisor promptly if guests express complaints or special concerns.
• Station and cleanliness duties to keep service areas stocked with essentials.
• Assist with general cleaning tasks such as polishing glassware, removing trash, and following opening/closing side work checklists.

OB OVERVIEW

Under the general guidance of the Outlet General Manager, the Server Assistant is responsible for supporting Head Servers and Servers by keeping the dining area clean , stocked and running smoothly, so guests .

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outdoor environment and work well in a team.
• Physically able to carry trays, walk on sand and wet surfaces, and lift around 20-25 lbs as needed.

Requires flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons or resort high periods.

• We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service.
• We will on occasion call for each individual on the team to perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
