The Tides Inn, part of Tanzerra Resorts, seeks a Pool Host & Attendant to maintain a clean, safe pool and beach area while delivering exceptional guest service at Irvington, Virginia. This full‑time role supports a premium resort experience with attention to detail and teamwork.

The position requires a proactive service mindset, ability to work outdoors, and willingness to complete golf cart training. Benefits are provided as part of a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

Prior hospitality, resort, or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexible and dependable with changing operational needs.
Basic English for guest assistance and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Maintain pool area cleanliness and presentation.
Keep pool deck organized and guest-ready (chairs, towels, trash).
Provide water service and replenish beverages for guests.
Keep towel station stocked and workstation clean.
Respond to guest requests and assist with spills or cleaning needs.
Perform routine cleaning tasks using approved products.
