Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Pool Attendant in Palm Beach, FL to oversee the pool area, conduct safety announcements, and maintain poolside equipment for guest use. The role requires hospitality experience and strong customer service.

The schedule is Friday and Saturday 8:30am - 5pm, with a pay rate of $18/hr. Full-time exempt position offering comprehensive benefits and 401k matching. AEDT may be used during the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pool area and make safety announcements.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for poolside activities.
• Submit and report incidents to the manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and pick up debris.
• Check and report condition of sports equipment.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Be approachable to residents and guests.
• Follow Safety and Environmental Protection Policy.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
