Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a pool attendant in Palm Beach, FL to oversee the pool area, make safety announcements, and ensure equipment is ready for guest use. Hospitality experience and a service-oriented approach are essential.

The role requires assisting with poolside setup, reporting incidents to management, and delivering excellent guest service. Work hours are Sunday through Thursday, 8:30am–5pm, at $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality coursework desirable.
• 2+ years in hospitality recommended.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area and safety announcements.
• Assist with setup and breakdown for poolside activities.
• Submit and report incidents to the manager.
• Provide service to residents and guests.
• Assist with debris removal and basic cleaning.
• Inspect and report sports equipment for order/repair.
• Collaborate as part of a team and be approachable.
