Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Pool Attendant to keep pool areas clean, safe and welcoming for guests, ensuring a memorable vacation experience.

You will enforce deck and pool safety rules, clean and sanitize tables and restrooms, restock towels, interact with owners and guests about activities, and support the resort's high standards with reliable, courteous service.

Qualifications

• General water safety and guest service experience preferred.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR (HICV provides training)
• Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines
• Ability to be self‑directed
• Skill in attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Consistently enforce all deck and pool safety rules in pool area and pool slides.
• Clean and sanitize tables, patio furniture, exterior clubhouse patio areas, restrooms and other common areas of the pool deck in compliance with company guidelines.
• Remove used guest pool towels from bins and replenish clean stock. Sweep walkways and other pathways to and from resort facilities. Pick up trash as found in common areas, empty trash containers, replace trash bags, as necessary.
• Engage and communicate with owners and guests regarding food & beverage, activities and other functions property–wide while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
