Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience serving guests and providing food & beverage service.
• Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications are required.
• Excellent communication and a friendly demeanor are essential.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and acknowledge via Terranea Standards.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and check guest satisfaction.
• Record transactions in MICROS and handle payments accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house for menu questions and timing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside stations and equipment.
• Assist with side work, restock items, and close out tasks.
