Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Pool & Beverage Attendant to provide friendly food and beverage service at our resort pools. You will take orders, coordinate delivery, greet guests, and help keep pool areas clean and inviting.

Responsibilities include explaining specials, replenishing beverages, presenting checks promptly, and supporting pool staff. A positive, guest-focused attitude and good English communication are essential for delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely as they are seated at pool cabanas or lounge chairs.
• Explain specials and spa promotions to guests.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Answer guest questions about menu items and coordinate food delivery with pool staff.
• Present checks promptly and ensure accuracy.
• Assist pool Attendants and keep lounge areas clean and organized.
• Replenish pool towels and ensure availability at all times.
