Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is seeking a dedicated Server to deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury, outdoor resort setting. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell beverages and ensure smooth service from prep to payment.

The role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a dynamic environment. Prior resort experience is preferred, and you must meet basic food/bev certifications.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred; hospitality or resort experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact, smile, and correct posture.
• Inform guests about daily specials and menu changes.
• Suggest food and beverages to guests and upsell.
• Take orders accurately and input into POS.
• Ensure table maintenance and coordinate with staff.
• Print closing reports and process payments when needed.
• Communicate guest needs to kitchen and management.
