Job summary

Omni PGA Frisco Resort in Frisco, TX seeks a motivated Food Runner (Seasonal) for the Leisure Pool to join our hospitality team. You will assist in food/bar setup, greet guests, and deliver meals to rooms or tables with accuracy. This role emphasizes quick, professional service and maintaining a clean work area.

Pool season begins April 2026; weekend and holiday shifts required. Must have or obtain Food Handlers and TABC upon hire.

Qualifications

Clear and pleasant English communication with guests and staff.
Ability to handle stress while remaining calm and welcoming.
Ability to prioritize and fulfill guest requests in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Assist in food/bar setup and opening, as well as closing.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Become completely familiar with the service time, menu, specials.
Greet all guests promptly and courteously.
Deliver food to correct rooms or tables according to ticket, floor plan, and seat numbers.
Always inquire if additional service is needed from guests upon delivery and inform server or manager.
Think clearly, quickly, maintain concentration, and make concise decisions.
Ability to perform the job functions with minimal supervision.
Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely, efficiently, and effective.
