Job summary

The Don CeSar in St. Pete Beach, FL, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional service, and uphold culinary standards in a landmark resort.

You will lead staff, schedule, train, collaborate with the culinary team on menus, monitor guest feedback, and maintain sanitation. Flexibility to work AM/PM and weekends is required, with opportunities for growth in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• F&B experience preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management.
• Prior cash handling experience.
