Job summary

The Don CeSar, a iconic oceanfront resort in Florida, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a capable team, and ensure outstanding service and culinary excellence.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, guest-focused mindset, and hands-on F&B experience to deliver memorable dining experiences while maintaining sanitation, costs, and teamwork in a historic luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior supervisory or management experience, prior hotel F&B experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other Team Members.
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong associate relations skills, and good conflict resolutions skills
• Prior cash handling experience
• Experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management
• Experience with MICROS POS system
• Prior Serve Safe Certification preferred
• TIPS or CARE CERTIFICATION
• CPR Certification preferred
• Must be able to obtain a Hepatitis A within 10 days of hire
• Able to work AM, PM and weekend shifts
