Job summary

South Coast Winery Resort & Spa in Temecula, CA seeks an energetic Cabana Server to deliver exceptional poolside hospitality in a beautiful resort setting. You’ll be the face of our poolside dining, greeting guests, presenting menus, explaining daily specials, and taking accurate food and beverage orders from a diverse guest mix.

You’ll deliver courses and drinks promptly, process guest payments with the POS, serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, keep the pool deck inviting, resolve concerns

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional poolside hospitality
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer guest questions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and presentation
• Process guest payments accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly while following all state liquor laws
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting pool deck and service areas
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when appropriate
• Support teammates and assist with opening, closing, and side work as needed
