Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a reliable Janitorial and Pool Attendant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in Myrtle Beach. You will be responsible for pool area upkeep, restroom cleanliness, trash removal, and monitoring the Lazy River with a focus on safety and customer service.

The role requires good communication, the ability to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the swimming pool area and surrounding facilities.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash receptacles throughout the property.
• Maintain common grounds and outdoor areas to keep a clean environment.
• Monitor the Lazy River and pool area as a Pool Attendant.
• Ensure guests follow all pool and Lazy River rules and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
