Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a pool attendant in Palm Beach, FL to oversee the pool area, announce safety reminders, and maintain equipment for guest use. Experience in the hospitality industry helps in serving residents with information and services.

The role is full-time and requires flexibility for Thursday to Sunday shifts from 8:30am to 5pm and a focus on guest satisfaction and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years in the hospitality industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees pool area and makes safety announcements.
• Assists with set up and breakdown for poolside activities.
• Submit and report incidents to the manager.
• Must be service oriented.
• Picks up debris and maintains basic cleaning skills.
• Checks sports equipment and reports damaged items.
• Work well as part of a team and be approachable to residents/guests.
• Follows Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and procedures.
