Job summary

Grande Shores Resort in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Pool Attendant to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment. You will assist with poolside support and interact with guests in a friendly, outdoor setting.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays, outdoors for extended periods, and strong customer service. Prior experience is a plus but not required. This is a full-time seasonal position with shifts from 9am to 5pm.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Dependable, attentive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety and comfort of all pool guests.
• Enforce pool rules and prevent unsafe behavior.
• Verify guest access with pool passes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area.
• Assist with pool upkeep (including vacuuming).
• Sanitize equipment, collect towels, and assist guests with questions.
• Provide friendly, responsive guest service at all times.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with guests and team members.
