Job summary

Leslie’s is seeking a Sales Professional in Cranberry Township to deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping customers select pool, spa, and backyard products. No pool or spa industry experience is required; we provide comprehensive product and sales training.

The role combines consultative selling with showroom duties in a fast-paced retail setting. The position offers $16.00/hour plus commission and opportunities for performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and close sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Basic business math skills, including percentages and sales-related calculations.
• Comfortable using email, Google Drive, point-of-sale systems, and other business software.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend products, and guide them through purchase.
• Build strong customer relationships with knowledgeable, friendly service.
• Develop understanding of product features, benefits, and applications to assist customers.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance expectations.
• Follow up with customers to develop new business, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
• Provide support with purchases, returns, and other customer service needs.
