Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership in Hawaii is seeking a maintenance technician to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance on pool and related equipment. You will interpret blueprints, operate and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on pool experience, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) required.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years hands-on experience operating large swimming pools and water features.

Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Safely perform complex repairs of pool systems, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment.
• Follow safety policies and maintain professional customer service.
