Pinch A Penny is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate in Pensacola, Florida. You will be the face of the brand, providing exceptional customer service, performing expert pool water testing, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Your role involves providing tailored solutions for pool and spa needs, processing transactions, and maintaining the sales environment. A minimum of 1–2 years of pool industry experience and knowledge of water chemistry are required, along with excellent communication skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the pool industry.
• Strong understanding of water chemistry and pool equipment systems (pumps, motors, chlorinators).
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a significant plus.

• Perform precise water testing and explain results clearly to customers.
• Engage with customers to provide tailored product recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves.
