Pinch A Penny is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Scottsdale, AZ to deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences. You will be the friendly, knowledgeable first contact for pool owners, assisting with water testing, product questions, and routine store needs.

The role requires retail and customer service experience; pool industry experience is a plus. You must be 21+, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience required.
• Pool supply industry experience preferred, but training is available.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent).
• Retail and/or pool industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide attentive service.
• Perform pool/spa water testing and explain results, recommending next steps and products.
• Answer phone calls and assist customers or direct to team members.
• Prepare and restock pool additives and keep supplies organized.
• Keep store clean, shelves tidy, displays well-presented, and counters neat.
• Notify management of product, supply, or stock shortages to support in-stock levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
