You will supervise staff, manage inventory, assist with sales strategies, and maintain safety standards on-site, while promoting a positive, family-oriented store culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in the pool service industry.
• Must pass a criminal background check and have a clean driving record.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of pool systems and components.
• Experience in pool maintenance, cleaning, and repair is desirable.
• Familiarity with pool chemicals and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, managing staff, inventory, sales targets, and customer experience.
• Handle visual merchandising, store appearance, resolve complaints, and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop sales strategies, provide technical support on pool chemicals and equipment, water analysis.
• Diagnose pool equipment issues and perform small repairs or replacements.
• Ensure safety standards and on-site regulations.
• Communicate with clients about maintenance schedules and service updates.
• Maintain service records including chemical levels and equipment status.
• Collaborate with team to improve service efficiency.
