This full-time role pays per pool with earnings tied to route and skill. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday work, comprehensive benefits, and a company vehicle for field tasks.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and endure outdoor work.
• Swimming skills and comfort in water are required.
• Self-motivation to work independently and complete tasks.
• Valid state driver’s license; company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Monitor and balance water quality and chemistry.
• Perform equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Interact professionally with customers and address concerns.
• Use mobile devices and Salesforce for task management.
