Job summary

Amenity Pool Services is hiring Pool Technicians to join our growing team and deliver premium service for residential and commercial pools. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain pool systems, ensuring safe and clean water while representing the company professionally.

This full-time role is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, and pay is per pool with earnings based on route and proficiency. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must possess physical ability to lift and carry objects and operate in various weather conditions.
• Ability to swim and work safely around pools and water environments.
• Self-motivation with the capacity to work independently and complete tasks unsupervised.
• Valid state driver’s license; company vehicle provided for assignments.

Responsibilities

• Thorough maintenance of pool systems, including cleaning and upkeep.
• Test and balance water chemistry to maintain safe swimming conditions.
• Care for equipment by cleaning baskets and performing routine maintenance.
• Interact professionally with customers and address concerns about service.
• Utilize tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for task management and communication.

Amenity Pool Services is hiring Pool Technicians to join our growing team! Amenity Pool Services provides expert pool cleaning, maintenance and, repair, and remodeling for both residential and commercial clients nationwide. As a Pool Technician, you will be crucial to our mission of creating happier and healthier moments by delivering premium service to our clients' swimming pools. Our Pool Technicians are responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing swimming pools, providing excellent customer service, and being a professional representative of Amenity Pool Services.

JOB TYPE: Full-Time

LOCATION & SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, on occasion Saturday

COMPENSATION: Pool Technicians with Amenity Pool Services are paid per pool, so your earning potential is based on the route and your skills!

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Thorough Maintenance: From brushing waterline tiles to skimming away debris, your duties encompass every aspect of pool upkeep.
• Water Quality Management: Test and balance water chemistry with precision, ensuring optimal conditions for swimming and relaxation.
• Equipment Care: Empty baskets, backwash filters, and perform necessary maintenance tasks to keep pool systems running smoothly
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our service.
• Technological Proficiency: Utilize tools such as cell phones and our Salesforce platform for efficient task management and communication.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Physical Aptitude: Ability to lift heavy objects, withstand various weather conditions, and perform repetitive tasks with ease.
• Swimming Proficiency: Comfort and competence in the water are essential for this role.
• Self-motivation: Work independently, achieving a 100% success rate in completing tasks without supervision.
• Driver's License: Hold a valid state driver's license, we provide a company vehicle and maintenance on company vehicles
