Certus Home Services is hiring Pool Service Technicians responsible for maintaining residential pools, testing water, balancing chemicals, and inspecting equipment. The role includes driving a company vehicle, using provided tools, and building trust with customers through consistent service.

You will document daily readings, report findings, and communicate recommendations professionally to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and 5+ years driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to work outdoors independently.
• Strong customer-service mindset and professional communication.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company standards.
• Inspect pools and equipment during every visit and identify maintenance or repair concerns.
• Communicate recommendations professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Safely operate and maintain your company vehicle, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory.
• Complete service documentation, chemical readings, and mobile reporting accurately each day.
• Deliver reliable, professional service that helps retain customers and grow recurring business.
