Pay rate is $18.00 per hour. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, safety, and collaboration with the service team to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous spa technician experience preferred.
• Knowledge of spa cleaning and maintenance techniques and best practices.
• Strong understanding of spa chemicals, their properties, and safe handling.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles to transport materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and a clean appearance.
• Follow safety policies including driving practices and workplace safety guidelines.
• Test and balance water systems to maintain chlorine and pH levels.
• Perform routine maintenance like cleaning filters and replacing bulbs.
• Drain and refill hot tubs and swim spas as needed.
• Keep inventory of equipment, chemicals, and supplies organized.
• Use spa vacuums to clean floors and surfaces.
• Inspect for leaks, cracks, or corrosion in spa walls or floors.
• Remove leaves and debris from water surfaces with a pole and net.
• Deliver products or equipment as required.
• Safely operate company vehicles transporting materials and equipment.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and collaborate with the service team.
