Job summary

Isleta Resort and Casino is seeking a Pool/Facilities Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the indoor and outdoor pool areas, spa, and fitness center. You will promote World Class Guest Service to Isleta guests while complying with resort standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with directions, performing pool and spa water testing, and supporting the Laundry Department with towels.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand, follow safety procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and provide courteous service.
• Answer incoming calls when necessary and assist guests with needs.
• Perform water/chemical testing for pool and spa areas and maintain cleanliness of pool, gym, and locker rooms.
• Guide guests, provide directions, and assist them to their destination within the facility.
• Support laundry with towels and assist other departments as needed.
